1. General Information

Welcome to Diving4You, a PADI-certified dive center located in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. We operate under PADI safety standards and local diving regulations. By booking a dive or enrolling in a course, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Booking & Payment Policies

• All bookings require a 50% deposit or full payment to confirm.

• Payments can be made via Wetravel or Wise (on request).

• Full payment must be completed at least one day before the scheduled activity.

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking will receive a 70% refund.

• No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the dive/course.

3. Certification Requirements

• Divers must provide proof of PADI certification or equivalent.

• Certain dives may require advanced certification and a minimum number of logged dives.

• All participants must complete a PADI medical questionnaire; affirmative responses may require medical clearance.

4. Waivers & Responsibilities

• All participants must sign the PADI Liability Release & Assumption of Risk form before any activity.

• Diving involves inherent risks; failure to follow safety procedures is the diver’s responsibility.

• We strongly recommend having dive insurance (e.g., DAN, PADI Travel Insurance).

5. Rental Equipment Terms

• All rented equipment must be returned in its original condition.

• Lost or damaged equipment will incur a replacement fee.

• Divers must verify proper fit and functionality before use.

6. Safety Guidelines

• Divers must follow all PADI safety protocols and the instructions of their instructor or dive guide.

• Use of the buddy system is mandatory.

• Alcohol or drug use prior to diving is strictly prohibited.

• Divers must respect depth and no-decompression limits at all times.

7. Dive Center Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Diving4You reserves the right to cancel or reschedule dives due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen events.

• In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

8. Diver Code of Conduct

• Respect all marine life: do not touch, chase, or collect marine animals.

• Maintain proper buoyancy control to protect the reef and environment.

• Follow eco-friendly diving practices.

• The dive guide reserves the right to cancel a dive without refund if safety or environmental rules are violated.

9. Photo & Video Use

• Images and videos taken during your dives may be used for promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify us before the dive.

10. Data Privacy & Protection

• We collect and store personal information (name, email, certification details) solely for operational purposes.

• Diving4You complies with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws. Your data will not be shared with third parties.

11. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

• All complaints must be submitted in writing to:

• Legal disputes are governed by the laws of Mexico.
